Built at the foot of
Mainalo at 700m altitude, near Tripoli (8 km) and on the way to Levidi, is the village
burns (Evaporation vessel or burning). Arcadian is a typical village of
Mantinea Ms Mantinea belongs to the municipality. In the 1991 census was 460
residents. The area is known for long high quality wines. The people involved
in agriculture, viticulture, the winemaking and farming. |

Near the village is a remarkable cave, the
most important of the Peloponnese. Next to the main road is the beautiful
metropolitan church of the village. In the hill above the village is the church
of St. Elias with a panoramic view of the Mainalo and mantineiako field. In the village are also
traditional guesthouses and taverns. |
