Filippaoi

The Filippaioi is mountainous village in the prefecture of Grevena. It is built at an altitude of 1,220 meters on the slopes of Smolikas and one of the most mountain villages are situated Elladas.Oi Filippaioi community and the population according to 2001 census is 206 residents, who are engaged in farming and tourism. The name of the village probably comes from Philip, king of Macedonia.
