Zakynthos

Zakynthos is the third largest of the Ionian Islands in Greece. Just 8.5 miles from the island of kefallonia it is roughly 125 km in length and covers an area of 406 sqkm.

Zante (as it is also known) is an island rich in history dating back to 1500 BC.

It has a captivating beauty, beautiful caves, tranquil sandy coves, crystal clear waters, endless beaches, majestic mountains, scented orchards and a healthy climate.

The warmth and friendliness of the Zakynthian people make the island of Zakynthos a distinctive place which attracts a continual increasing number of admirers.

The reception area is spacious with comfortable sofas for you to relax, television, internet computer and they also offer money exchange, maps, postcards and of course information about the hotel and surrounding area. Inside the reception area is a small bar offering alcoholic and soft beverages, both the bar and reception is open 24 hours.

The large olympic sized swimming pool and terrace is literally at the edge of the shore giving breathtaking views. The pool also has a separate children's pool and separate jacuzzi, shower and toilet facilities.

Large spacious patio area with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas for you to relax on without feeling closed in next to others.

In front of the pool there is a couple of steps onto the beautiful sandy beaches of Alykanas where, if you choose you can relax on the sunbeds next to the sea.

Behind the pool is a large spacious snack bar serving breakfast and various snacks from 8:00am until 5:00pm.

Ice creams, crisps, cold cans of drink can all be purchased here. The snack bar continues to stay open until late into the night as a bar.

To the side of the pool is a children's play area almost like a mini adventure playground complete with swings, climbing frames and high slide to keep the children entertained.
