Lefkada, an island of unique natural beauty and famous
for its hospitality, is located in the centre of the Seven Ionian Islands (“Eptanissa”).
The mansion of the picture is an actual landmark of 1830, located in the centre of the island’s capital, at 6 Ag. Anargyron, across the National Bank of Greece. It contains self-catering rooms with a bathroom, kitchenette, separate
heating, television, etc.
The building’s architecture expresses the neoclassical grandeur and nobility of those traditional times.
The facade contains all the elements of neoclassicism, wooden pillars, frames, rock poles, and other architectural elements.
Within the building, sizeable rooms of unique materials allowed for the creation of spacious studios. By renovating these architectural elements, we created a “modern-neoclassical” splendid atmosphere.
