Following with respect the local architecture, the traditional hostel “Aster of North” constitutes the ideal point of stay in [Kaimaktsalan]. Built entire from Stone and timber, the hostel is constituted by 8 comfortable rooms, most from which they allocate fireplace, and from 2 maisonettes of unique aesthetics.

Café-bar that functions next to t o hostel is found in your disposal for the morning, the coffee or your [bradyno] drink, offering exceptional moments of relaxation in ideal, atmospheric environment. Moreover, the hostel constitutes the ideal base of operations for your escapes in unprecedented natural beauties regions, combining at the same time activities as ski in the ski centre of [Kaimaktsalan], walks, riding, rowing in the lake Vegoritis, or even excursions in around lapsed

At the traditional settlement of Old Agios Athanasios, the nearest village to the Ski Resort of Kaimaktsalan - Voras, there is the small but also simply stately guesthouse of the family Babatzimopoulos, surrounded by the enchanting natural landscape. The guesthouse is located very near the cosmopolitan atmosphere of Agios Athanasios, within green surroundings, with a view of the meadow of the village. At the courtyard of the guesthouse, children can play safely and familiarise themselves with friendly puppies of the landlords. Pet animals are mostly welcome provided there is an arrangement.

Luxurious traditional houses, built in Kaimaktsalan. All of them have their own individual entrance; they’re autonomic and differ one from each other. Among the advantages of the spacious houses is the fact that they have up to 2 bathrooms each!

Rouga consists of 15 stone-built traditional houses, constructed in accordance to the local architectural style and able to offer a high standard accommodation.

The complex is set near the central square of the traditional village of Palios Aghios Athanassios (Kaimaktsalan).

Each of the 15 houses is individual and equipped with: fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, autonomic heating, TV plasma, private parking, telephone.

11 of them are two-area houses with bedroom and big living room with fireplace and they can accommodate up to 4 persons, while the rest 4 are one-area houses that can accommodate up to 3 persons.

There’s a Jacuzzi – bath in 8 of the houses and an upright hydro-therapy cabin in the other 7.

Among the advantages of the Rouga complex are the spa and sauna facilities, along with massage, aroma therapy – hot stones and chocolate therapy.

The complex also offers a playground and a small conference centre that can accomodate up to 40 persons.
