Visit the location you want, and choose the hotel that best fits your needs. Fill in the desired date of arrival and departure at the hotel's available rooms and click on Availability Check. The system will notify you for the availability of rooms at that time. If there are rooms available, an option will appear for you to make a reservation. If you have nt made up your mind on the hotel or even the location you wish to stay, you can use the "Advanced Search".
If you wish to view availability information for any room and for a whole year period click on the "Availability Calendar" link located at the hotel\'s page. A new window will pop up with the availability information for that selected room. In this window will be displayed the days the room is available as well as the price rates.
To view details on all-year-long room information and pricing, go to the hotel webpage, visit your room of choice and click on the room details link. Room pricing may vary on account of season and demand. You can alternatively use the "Availability Calendar" link located at the same page.
The hotel webpage may display links that provide you with information, and map of the area that the hotel is located in. These links will appear on the right top of the page. Click on area information to view details on the area that the hotel is located in and an area map to view an interactive map of the location.
At the bottom of each hotel webpage, the Visitors Comments form for the hotel appears. Depending on the hotel's policy, you may be able to add comments of your own. If you are requested to register, please do so, before adding your own comments.
After you log in to the website as a registered user, go to the profile page and change the language of choice to that which you desire. All the notifications will now be delivered to you in that language.
After your reservation, you can view a detailed list of your reservation information and status, in real time. If your reservation's status (rejected or confirmed) changes, you will be notified instantly by e-mai.
In order to make a reservation to a hotel (according to every hotel's policy), it is possible that you may be asked to fill in your credit card information. It is important to remember that you will not be charged. The hotel asks for the credit card info, in case you need to cancel your reservation. Your credit card data are stored through strong encryption in our system, for maximun security.
It is feasible to cancel a reservation, if the hotel's website policy permitts so. At this moment, reservations cancellations are permitted. In the "My Reservations Page", you will be able to view a relative link, if such action is permitted. In order to accept a cancellation, the checkin date must be far from the current date. That time is 15 days. Depending on the hotel policy and the date of the cancellation, you may be charged with a minimum fee, concerning as compensation.
