The prefecture of Arcadia is located in the center of the Peloponnese. Northern borders with the prefectures of Achaia and Corinth, west of the prefectures of Ilia and Messinia, in the southern prefecture of Laconia and the east bordering the Gulf Argolic. It has an area of 4,419 square kilometers and a population of 102,035 * inhabitants.
